Implementation Process
The project began with research and planning. Cloud Technology Computing reviewed the website structure, business services, customer journey, and common questions visitors might ask.
The chatbot conversation flow was then planned around common visitor intents such as service questions, pricing questions, consultation requests, cloud computing support, web development needs, AI automation, SEO, and custom software development.
The chatbot was integrated into the website and tested across desktop and mobile devices. Special attention was given to usability, speed, response quality, and making sure users could easily reach the contact form.
